COVID-19 RESPONSE

To create meaningful, relevant, multi-platform content and messaging during the COVID-19 pandemic.
CHALLENGE
As a franchise organization, the goal of a brand is always to deliver value even during difficult times and situations. At times like these, a brand must stand up with a clear, calm voice and deliver what it believes to be beneficial to the organization, its franchisees, and its eventual consumers.
SOLUTION
Create a variety of content for the brand, and franchisees, to use during these unprecedented times. The team worked on brand-level messaging and a plethora of content that could be shared through the nm+u developed Social Tool– a platform filled with social assets that agents can easily customize and share across their social platforms.

The brand quickly responded to the crisis with clear and concise messaging revolving around the brand’s core consumer campaign: Expect Better. BHGRE has always been known as the only real estate brand that genuinely understands your lifestyle, and the pursuit to better it, no matter what. Keeping this in mind, nm+u created over 300 social posts and numerous blog entries that provided beneficial content and useful information. We also provided BHGRE with customizable flyers for franchisees to use to support their teams and customers.

The main goal of any franchise organization should be to support its franchisees, and in the case of a franchise real estate brand, to support the agents within the network. nm+u created over 300 pieces of valuable and useful content that were shared with brokers and agents. The pieces were also created so brokers and agents could share and repost the content within their own networks. This helped them support their own value proposition and provide beneficial information and insights with their clients.
