ERA REAL ESTATE:
SOCIAL MEDIA COVID-19 RESPONSE
BRIEF
To create meaningful, relevant, multi-platform content and messaging during the COVID-19 pandemic.
CHALLENGE
As a franchise organization, the goal of a brand is to always deliver value even during uncertain and difficult times. At times like these, the brand must stand up with a clear, calm voice and provide value to the organization, its franchisees, and its eventual consumers.
SOLUTION
Create a variety of useful and beneficial content to post throughout these times. The content was created not only to be shared but also tailored so brokers and agents could share or repost the content within their own networks.

DELIVERY
nm+u quickly responded by creating over 150 pieces of content that helped the direct network boost morale, stay productive at home, and stay productive within the industry. Videos, beneficial tips, carousel posts, brand leadership quotes, and live events were also created and distributed.
Later, nm+u would help support their first-ever live virtual event that replaced their canceled annual ERA Fuel National Event. The work included 50 posts over 3 days, consisting of promotional posts, brand quotes, brand statistics, and event highlights.
