Go-To-Market
Strategy
BEING READY BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER
Although some things look like overnight hits, they’re not without months or years of preparation. Understanding the audience, the product, the messages, the delivery methods, and how they’ll all work together to disseminate the information is essential. This is true of B2C, B2B, and, sometimes most importantly, in getting internal buy-in.
Radisson Red:
New Openings
As a rapidly growing brand throughout the world, Radisson Red Hotels needed a go-to-market strategy per hotel opening that was strong enough to make a notable impact quickly, but also flexible enough to capture each hotel’s unique vibe. From local takeovers to feeder market advertising and marketing nm+u helped to create:
-
- Billboards & Building Takeovers
- Bus & Train Wraps
- Assorted OOH & Ambient Creative
- Digital & Social Advertisements
- Email Communications
IHOP International:
New Openings
While enjoying an almost 100% brand awareness in the US domestic market, globally IHOP doesn’t have the same ubiquitous name brand recognition. The challenge is to create a multi-layered strategy that not only informs of the opening of new restaurants into new regions, but also to inform quickly and efficiently as to “what” an IHOP is. Deliverables include:
-
- Launch Strategy & Timing
- OOH Marketing Materials
- Digital Marketing Materials
- Print Marketing Materials
- Facade Signage
- Experiential Marketing Guidelines
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham:
Homemade @ Hawthorn
With the launch of a new program highlighting the kitchens available at every Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham property, the agency was tasked with launching to the franchisees as well as the B2C markets. For the internal/B2B markets nm+u created launch kit which included:
-
- Spice Rack
- Branded Chef’s Hat
- Brochure + Recipes
- Flyer explaining program
- Link and landing page to videos
Guest Supply:
The Relaunch
After more than 30 years of being in business and having risen to be one of the leaders in the hotel industry for manufacturing and distribution, Guest Supply needed to refresh its image as also being modern and having more capabilities that most people were aware of. After more than 6 months of rebranding efforts and changing every platform, it was time to launch everything. A video, live announcement and e-mail communication were devised to showcase:
-
- New brochures and sales materials
- New environmental & Tradeshow Displays
- New Website
- New Blog
- New Social Media Channels
- New E-mail Communications
Rolling Stone F&B:
Brand Launch
A globally-known (and beloved) brand like Rolling Stone needs no introduction to consumers. However, as a newcomer to the hospitality industry they came to NM+U to help focus its ethos and leverage that brand equity into an experience worthy of the brand. Currently in development, the brand’s F&B concept is looking to hit 200 outlets in the next 10 years. For the project, NM+U was engaged to create:
-
- Brand Positioning
- Brand Persona
- Brand Experience
- Brand Pitch Deck for Investors
- Brand Launch Plan
